Service Description

Micro-needling is a procedure that uses collagen induction therapy and pure hyaluronic acid that is known to enhance the skin in multiple ways. This is best for skin with signs of scars, fine lines, marks and hyper-pigmentation. PROCEDURE 1. Skin is prepped for microneedling 2. Numbing is applied to skin for 20 mins 3. Microneedling procedure is done using a 12- needle machine going at depths that is only comfortable to the client. The depth of the microneedling also depends on what is being treated and the area of the face (See second photo) 4. Results may vary but most client see results at the 3 week mark. Optimal results are shown 3 months post treatment. Multiple sessions may be recommended for desired results (max 5) AFTERCARE - Wash with sensitive cleanser the first night, or with just warm water - Apply hyaluronic acid serum as much as possible 3 hours post appointment. Hyaluronic Acid Serum can be purchased for $30. - 2nd day - Moisturize as much as possible. Skin will still be red and sensitive to touch. Makeup can be applied on this day but its best to hold off on wearing makeup as much as possible. Regular skincare routine can be resumed, however no exfoliants are recommended until the 5th day -Day 5-10 - Skin may appear peeling and blotchy. Do not pick! A light exfoliant can be used GENTLY. -SPF is recommended every morning. Microneedling is recommended to be 6 weeks apart if having multiple sessions. POLICY - New Clients will be required an e-transfer deposit of $10. This will go towards the total bill of your appointment. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time will lose deposit. If you are late by 15 mins or more your appointment will be cancelled or you will be subjected to a late fee of $10 COVID- 19 POLICY - The area is deeply sanitized prior to your appointment. This includes all equipment as well as the bed. No blankets are being used due to COVID health and safety rules however you can bring your own. - You are required to sanitize hands upon arrival - If feeling unwell, please stay home!
